How long does it take?
Standard delivery is 24–48 hours from payment. Express delivery aims for within 24 hours. We'll email you when your song is ready, and you can check progress any time from your order link.
What if I don't like it?
Every song includes one free revision — tell us what to change (a lyric, the mood, the style) and we'll rework it. Extra revisions are $9 each. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply; see our Refund & Revision Policy.
How is the song made?
We use professional AI-assisted lyric, music and artwork tools together with our own prompting, review and quality-control process. The vocals are AI-generated, not a recording of a real singer, and a person reviews every song before it reaches you. The AI is the instrument; your story is the song.
Can I share it or play it at an event?
Yes. Play it at the wedding, share it with family, post it on your personal social media or give it as a gift. Your song is licensed for personal, non-commercial use; see our Content & Ownership terms for exactly what's covered.
What do I receive?
A private delivery page where you can stream and download your song as an MP3. With the artwork add-on you also get cover artwork and a printable lyric sheet.
Is my story kept private?
