Acceptable Use Policy

Don't ask us to create content that…

• is hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory toward any person or group;
• is defamatory, or makes false claims about a real person that could harm their reputation;
• is sexually explicit, or involves minors in any inappropriate way;
• copies, imitates or references a particular recording artist, songwriter, song, album, record label or music publisher. Describe the sound you want using general characteristics such as genre, era, mood, instrumentation, tempo and vocal qualities instead;
• includes substantial portions of existing lyrics, or other people's copyrighted material;
• promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or is intended to deceive (e.g. fake endorsements);
• includes someone's private or sensitive information that they haven't agreed to share.

What happens

We review every order. If a request breaches this policy we may adjust the song to remove that content, contact you, or cancel the order with a full refund. We may refuse future orders from repeat offenders.

Complaints and takedown

If you believe a song we made includes content about you, or content that infringes your rights, email hello@versoria.com.au with details. We'll review it promptly and, where appropriate, stop supporting or remove the material we hold.
