Who you're dealing with

VERSORIA is operated by Nicholas Mainwaring, sole trader (ABN 38 255 793 049), trading as NJM Digital and VERSORIA, New South Wales, Australia. Contact: hello@versoria.com.au.

The service

We create a new personalised song for your order using the information and preferences you provide. How your song is made: we use professional AI-assisted lyric, music and artwork tools together with our own prompting, review and quality-control process. A person at VERSORIA reviews every song before it is delivered.

Because generative systems can produce similar material in different outputs, we do not guarantee that every musical or lyrical element will be unique.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A parent or legal guardian may place an order on behalf of a person under 18. The recipient of a song can be any age.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST and a tax invoice is available on request. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe, and a receipt is emailed to you. Discount codes are single-use, can't be combined, and must be applied to a checkout started before the code's stated expiry.

Delivery times

Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours of payment. If we expect to miss that timeframe, we'll tell you.

Express delivery is a priority delivery target of within 24 hours. If we miss that target, you may request a refund of the Express delivery fee. This additional promise does not limit any remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6-hour Christmas delivery is offered only at the dates and times shown on the order form (in late December, until 6pm Sydney time on Christmas Eve). It is a priority delivery target of within 6 hours of payment for the first version of your song and replaces Express delivery. Revisions follow our usual revision times. If we miss that target, you may request a refund of the 6-hour delivery fee. This additional promise does not limit any remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your responsibilities

You must give accurate information, only share details about other people that you are entitled to share (see our Privacy Policy), and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order that breaches it.

Revisions

Each song includes one free revision requested from your delivery page. Further discretionary revisions cost $9 each. Revisions are changes to the song you ordered (lyrics, mood, style, voice); a completely different song for a different person is a new order. Additional-revision charges never apply to work we are required to perform to meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund & Revision Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. See our Refund & Revision Policy for how this works for custom songs.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach or failure. Nothing in this clause limits your right to recover reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where Australian consumer law provides that right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
