Your story
You keep ownership of the story and information you give us. You give us permission to use it only to make, deliver and support your song (and as described in our Privacy Policy). We will never publish your song or story without your separate written permission.
Your licence to use the song
Subject to these terms and to the extent we have the legal right to do so, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to listen to, download, copy and share the delivered song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes giving it as a gift, playing it at private events (such as weddings, parties and funerals) and sharing it on personal social-media accounts.
Commercial exploitation, paid advertising, monetised commercial content, resale or commercial distribution (for example on streaming services) is not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.
AI-generated material
Songs and artwork are generated with the assistance of AI tools (ElevenLabs Music and OpenAI) and reviewed by us. AI-generated elements may not qualify for copyright protection under Australian law, and we do not promise that copyright subsists in the song or that the output is legally exclusive to you.
We take reasonable steps designed to avoid infringing third-party rights, including restricting requests that reference protected artists, songs and lyrics. However, generative systems can produce similar material and we cannot guarantee that every generated element is unique.
Our samples and brand
Sample songs, the VERSORIA name and our site content remain ours.
